Software Help

Registered users of our software can obtain the latest versions of the software (including previews) by logging into their (student) account. You must be a registered user of the software, i.e. have a registration id, and have made at least one submission using Submit.

We appreciate hearing about bugs in our software, and address all reports as quickly as possible.

We allow students to change their email address for a 30-day period after they begin using the Grade Grinder. Our Email Change Policy explains the limitations and why we enforce them.
